FRIDAY- REHEARSALS
NOTE: All who participate in the ceremony - bridesmaids, groomsmen,
flower girls and ring bearers, ushers, those doing readings, officiating pastor, and parents of the bride and groom should be present at the rehearsal.
9.00: Salon : facial, manicure, pedicure, hair
3.00: Rehearsal with bridal party i.e bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girls and DJ
4:00: Final rehearsal with Officiant, parents, bridal party, readers
6:00: Tents, tables and chairs set up
6:30: Dinner at Bride's house for family and friends spending over
SATURDAY- WEDDING DAY
PART 1: Pre-Ceremony preparation at Bride's house-
7:00: Arrival of photographer and cameramen to Bride's home;
7:00: Arrival of photographer and cameraman to Groom's home
7.00: Arrival of hair stylist and make up assistants at Bride's home
7.10: Arrival of bridesmaids to dress, hair, make-up
Meanwhile- vendor
7.30-8.30: Decoration of vehicles (1 car for Bride, 4 cars for attendants, 2 parents=7 cars)
7.45: Arrival of "security" coordinators to wedding venue; arrival of vendors
8.00: Set up of tables, tents, chairs, flowers, decor, cake set up
9.00: DJ set up, PA systems, sound checks

6.00 a.m Wake up,quick freshen up
6.15- 7.00 Reflection, QT
7.00-8.00 : Breakfast, family pre-ceremony photos/video shots
8.00-8.30- Bath
8.30-9.30- Dress, hair & makeup
PART 2: Wedding day Handover ceremony
9.30: Arrival of Grooms family at Bride's home for handing over ceremony
Transit to Venue
10.30- departure of Bride from home
PART 3: Ceremony : 11.00a.m -12.30 p.m
10.00 a.m: Ushers arrive at grounds
10:15: Official start time on invites- guest begin to arrive
10.30: Arrival of Groom and groomsmen to ceremony venue with Cameraman #2
10.45 Arival of bridal party to ceremony venue, also with Cameraman #1;
10:45:All guests are seated at ceremony venue
10:45: Begin line up for bridal procession
11.00: Bridal procession
11.10: opening prayer, praise and worship
11.20:Scripture reading *
11.25: sermonnette
11.45:Declaration of intent;

12.00: Prayers and blessing for the couple ** Catering set up to be done by caterer
12.10:Signing of register and special song

*during the handover by parents, have a thanking ceremony
Photos at ceremony grounds and bridal photo-shoot
12.30-1.00p.m Group photos of Bride and Groom with family and friends
13:15 – 14.15: Photo-shoot for Bridal party;
PART 4: Reception
1.00p.m Lunch is served; DJ Entertainment
14:30 – 15.00: Welcoming of Bride and Groom to reception and celebration/dancing
15:00 – 16.00: Family toasts & gift-giving
Cake
16:00 – 16.30: Cake cutting ceremony
16:35- 16.45: Vote of thanks and closing prayer.
16:45-17.00 Bouquet toss, final photos, Bride and Groom send-off to live happily ever after.
17.00- Guests leave at their own pleasure
6.00p.m: Everyone out!
PART 5:
6:00 Couple check in at restaurant
Gift box transit to secure designated site
SUNDAY
10:30 - wake up, freshen up, breakfast, prepare for check out
12:00 check out at hotel, transit to airport
2p.m check in at aiport
4p.m flight to honeymoon
