Day 1
Lord cultivate in us a more grateful heart over these next 90
days. I confess my ungrateful spirit. Please forgive me and transform you into a truly thankful person.
Covering ourselves head to toe:
Day 2:
Lord, renew our minds, resulting in a transformed life. (Psalm 119:15, Rom 12:2, 2 Cor.10:5))
Day 3:
Lord, open our eyes to the spiritual truths that You have for us. Help us to
see things as You see them. Please guard our eyes from things that make our heart wander away from you and each other. (Psalm 119:18, Psalm 119:37)
Day 4:
Lord, help us to hear Your voice clearly. Give us wisdom to recognize your
voice with certainty. Protect us from listening to those who aren’t
seeking or walking with You. Guard us from negativity of what others
say, and help us discern between good and evil. Thank you for giving us the ability to determine what is of You and what is not. (Is 30:21, 1
Kings 3:9, 1 John 4:1)
Day 5:
Lord, help us to speak the truth in love. Your desire is for us is to be quick
to listen and slow to speak – so I pray that you would make that our
desire too. Give us courage to lovingly confront when necessary. Let
the words we speaks be Yours, not our own. Help us speak words that
bring grace and truth to the hearers. Thank you that You want to help
him grow in his ability and desire to communicate with you and others.
(Psalm 19:14, 119:13, 41:3; Eph 4:15, 4:29; James 1:19)
Day 6:
Lord,
instill in our hearts a desire to seek passionately after You.
Teach us to guard our hearts with diligence and wisdom. Help us deal
with anything in our heart that is not pleasing to You or that separates us from You. Create in us a pure heart, O Lord. Thank you that You
are enabling my husband to lead our family with integrity and honor. (Psalm
78:72, 119:10-11; Prov 4:23; 1 Thes 3:13)
Day 7
Lord, I
pray everything we do would be done with our whole hearts,
serving You rather than man. Seeking to please You alone. I pray You
will increase our skills and our abilities so that we might bring honor
and glory to you. Let my husband be a good provider for our family. Thank
You for blessing everything we put our hands to. (Psalm 24:3-4, Col
3:23)
Day 8
Jesus, I
pray we would love Your Words and walk in Your ways. Help us
walk in a manner that is worthy of You, bearing fruit in every good
work. I pray You’d show us how to creatively share your truth with our
kids as we do life with them each day. Father, when we walks through
the valley of the shadow of doubt and difficulties, I pray we would fear
no evil because we know that you are with us. Thank you for loving
and leading us. (Deut 6:7, 8:6, Col 1:10, Psalm 23:4)
Proverbs 31 prayers and declarations
Day 9
My husband shall have full confidence in me and lack nothing of value. LORD, show me ways that I can give my husband this confidence in me. In every way that you have made me for him, show me how I can be his true companion.
Day 10
I will bring all around me especially my husband+ my family, friends, & colleagues good and not harm, all the days of my life. Help me to think always of how my actions and my words can be good for my husband and not harmful to him. Stop me before I insult him and make me aware of how I hurt him when I am unaware.
