OneWord 365 from blogsphere

What it is: a single word that sums up what you want for yourself in that year
  1.  “NEW”: “Look, I am making all things NEW” Rev. 21:5; HE will make all things new FOR you while making things new IN you.; Isaiah 43:1-12
  2. FOCUS:Hebrews 12: 1-2a
  3. FORWARD: It’s hard to experience growth and progress if you are not moving forward.
  4. FINISH:So here’s what I think: The best thing you can do right now is to finish what you started last year and not let those good intentions grow stale. Your heart’s been in the right place all along. You’ve got what it takes to finish it up, so go to it. Once the commitment is clear, you do what you can, not what you can’t. The heart regulates the hands.” 2 Corinthians 8:10-11
  5. TODAY: Psalm 118:24
  6. PURPOSE
  7. INTENTIONAL
  8. FEARLESS
  9. QUIET:I Corinthians 7:17 says,  “And don’t be wishing you were someplace else or with someone else. Where you are right now is God’s place for you. Live and obey and love and believe right there
  10. LESS: John 3:30- more of Him and less of me,
  11. PAUSE
  12. GROWTH: If we aren’t growing, we start dying
  13. EXPECT
  14. RHYTHM
 THE  F WORDS
  • Faith
  • Family
  • Friends
  • Finance-give, save, and live on the rest. Luke 14:28
  • Fitness
With benefit of hindsight, my #OneWord over the years:
2004: elevation
2005- purpose
2006: share
2007: different
2008: seeking
2009:asking
2010: find

2011: drain- at first i resisted writing 'drain' because of negative connations. Truth is 2011 was a hard year and I was physcially and emotionally and spiritually exhausted by it's end. It was also was  a year of many transitions.  What if I was being drained to be filled up again?

2012:----? I started the year with MANIFESTATION in mind. I need to look back and see what actually was my word:-)
