Nairobi wedding venues part 1

I am focussing on venues along kiambu road, ridgeways, runda area and Kenya High school (for it's old beautiful buildings and well kept compound), St Francis Karen( also for it's vintage look as with Kenya High). So the list of potential venues;

  1. House in bloom (Kiambu)
  2. Wander joy  (Kiambu)
  3. Tayana gardens (Ridgeways)
  4. Florienta gardens (Rossyln)
  5. Kenya High school (Kileleshwa)
  6. St. Francis ACK (Karen)
  7. Windsor golf and country club (garden estate)
  8. Braeburn college (garden estate)
  9. Oak place (Garden estate)
  10. Rock city (kiambu road)
Must haves:
- Enough space for 500 people: our guest list is 350 but we want a spacious venue where it will not be cramped especially since we want to have our wedding ceremony and reception in one venue
- Enough parking  for at least 300 vehicles
-Beauty preferably with a water feature, or old mature trees, or charming architecture
-Fit within the budget and be roughly between Kshs. 50,000- Kshs. 60,000 to leave us with roughly Kshs.10-20,000 for the photo shoot venue
- Be availabe for 6th or 13th April 2013 (first and second choice)

So here goes

UPDATE:  see the post on Nairobi wedding venues prices and package details for more information about the prices of the above and other wedding venues
