 MY VERSE:
To this end we always pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling and may fulfill every resolve for good and every work of faith by his power, 2 thessalonians 1:11

One little word 2013: FULFILLED

I initially thought my OneWord for 2013 would be reunited. As i have thought and prayed, i realized this was only a segment of the seed in my heart. I could also hear 'completion', 'finishing', 'finally', 'at last'. So i knew I needed a broader word which is a word I will need for the last lap of the marathon, where at the end I will have crossed finishing lines, into the arms of people I love, coming out stronger, wiser, happier and with a warm gush in my heart-at last!

FULFILLED BECAUSE OF;

-FINISHING WHAT I STARTED, MAKING ROOM FOR A NEW CHAPTER
-BEING UNITED AND REUNITED TO LOVED ONES
-LAUGHTER FILLING MY MOUTH
-BARNS ARE FILLED TO OVERFLOWING
-EXPERIENCING INCREASE AND GROWTH
-LEARNING
-ELEVATION
-DREAMS BECOMING REALITY!

Here is a verse on finishing: 2 corinthians 8:10-11

"So here’s what I think: The best thing you can do right now is to finish what you started last year and not let those good intentions grow stale. Your heart’s been in the right place all along. You’ve got what it takes to finish it up, so go to it. Once the commitment is clear, you do what you can, not what you can’t. The heart regulates the hands."  The Message

"Now finish the work, so that your eager willingness to do it may be matched by your completion of it, according to your means." NIV

"And in this matter I give my judgment: this benefits you, who a year ago started not only to do this work but also to desire to do it. 11 So now finish doing it as well, so that your readiness in desiring it may be matched by your completing it out of what you have." ESV
